Mix the following:
1 quart 3 percent hydrogen peroxide
1/4 cup baking soda
1 teaspoon liquid soap (laundry or dishwashing soap)
Apply to the animal, using care to avoid eyes and ears, and rinse after five minutes. Use outside for less mess.
